FavorUp (“FavorUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting your privacy through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). This Policy was created in order to demonstrate FavorUp’s commitment to the privacy of our participants, sponsors, and website/app users and governs how FavorUp collects and uses data, including from forms, our apps, registration platforms and websites, social media and our websites: favorup.com and favorupcaringcircles.com (“Website”). By accessing our Website and app or providing your information to us, you accept and agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Name: We may use your name to personalize digital and print communications sent to you by FavorUp.
Email: We may use your email to send you communications regarding FavorUp news, authenticate login, provide company updates and status updates of all favors and campaigns you are involved in.
Mobile Phone: Depending on your communication preferences, FavorUp may contact you on your mobile phone. FavorUp may, with your additional explicit consent, use phone to track, identify and communicate between users involved in the delivery of a favor.
Address: We may use your address to deliver communications sent to you by FavorUp.
Credit Card Information: Your credit card information is used when ________. FavorUp collects online payments and works with a third party payment processor.
IP Addresses: We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Location Data: If you use location-based features of our app, we may collect information about your location. We also collect location information of favor delivery and scheduled user interactions.
Favor Needs, Status and Completion Data: We actively track the status of all favors entered into the system including for and by whom and when the favors are completed.
Relationship Network Data: We track the invitation and participation in Caring Circles and the exchange of favors between individuals, including processing, guiding and understanding the map of relationships between users on the platform.
Other Information: Any other information you provide to use directly, such as through platform utilization, contact forms, surveys, or support interactions.
How We Collect Personal Data
In general, we may collect Personal Data through your use of the website(s), any apps, social media, or registration platforms. This includes the collection of IP addresses.
In addition, Personal Data will be requested in connection with application, activities and registration, requesting additional information, signing up for newsletters, or submitting questions through these sites.
FavorUp does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Data from users under 13 years of age.
