Esteban was not a straight-A student. He wasn’t popular or good at team sports. He missed the bus often and he was always still building his shoebox diorama at 1am the night before it was due. But in third grade he received The Wood Acres Elementary School “Shows Kindness to Others” award and later on his “High-Reach Watering Can” won Best Fifth Grade Invention in the Maryland State Invention Fair. For the next 30+ years, his career and life choices have reflected those two attributes: a creative and entrepreneurial way of looking at the world, combined with a deep desire to improve people’s lives. Today, he lives on a small hobby farm in Maryland with his wife and four daughters.

An explorer of ideas and builder of digital tools, Graham thrives on quarterbacking transformation of complex concepts into impactful solutions. Wearing many hats (sometimes all at once), Graham loves to advise and guide projects and teams with creativity, resilience, and a touch of mischief. Equal parts lover of Canadian prairie lasagna and Montreal smoked meat; Graham is a passionate family man that enjoys helping ideas reach their most impactful outcomes.

Jessica was brought up in a family that truly valued giving to others and showing a volunteer spirit. As the mom of a child with special needs, she has experienced first-hand what the phrase “it takes a village” means. Her experience navigating the healthcare system, public school system and steadfast role as her daughter’s biggest advocate, brings a unique and critical perspective in the development of effective FavorUp tools.
